“Your Lord has also decreed that you adore, obey and serve none except Him, and to be kind to your fathers and mothers. “. (Quran 17:23) وَقَضَىٰ رَبُّكَ أَلَّا تَعْبُدُوا إِلَّا إِيَّاهُ وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَانًا Friday Khutba by Shaykh Muhammad Al-Akili on Friday October 23rd, 2020 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 6th of Rabi’ul Awwal 1442 Hijri.
“The Messenger believes in what is revealed to him from his Lord, and so do those who have faith. Each one of them believes in Allah, His angels, His books, and His Messengers. “We make no distinction between one and another of His Messengers,” they proclaim, and they say: “Our Lord, we hear and obey. Forgive us, our Lord, and to You will we all return“. (Quran 87:14-15) آمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِن رَّبِّهِ Friday Khutba by Shaykh Muhammad Al-Akili on Friday October 16th, 2020 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 29nd of Safar 1442 Hijri.
“One who [strive to] purify himself [by bearing witness to the sole universal sovereignty of Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah,] will achieve success [in the hereafter]. And [such is the one] who states [and acknowledges] the Name [and Attributes] of his Lord and praises Him“. (Quran 87:14-15) قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَن تَزَكَّىٰ * وَذَكَرَ اسْمَ رَبِّهِ فَصَلَّىٰ Friday Khutba by Shaykh Muhammad Al-Akili on Friday October 9th, 2020 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 22nd of Safar 1442 Hijri.
“Allah will raise in ranks the believers and those who are endowed with knowledge amongst you, for Allah is certainly aware of what you are doing“. (Quran 58:11) يَرْفَعِ اللَّـهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَالَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ دَرَجَاتٍ Friday Khutba by Shaykh Muhammad Al-Akili on Friday October 2nd, 2020 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 15th of Safar 1442 Hijri.
“And thus, We have provided the Quran to be easy on your tongue so perhaps they may remember and heed its admonition“. (Quran 14:10) فَإِنَّمَا يَسَّرْنَاهُ بِلِسَانِكَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ Friday Khutba by Shaykh Muhammad Al-Akili on Friday September 25th, 2020 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 8th of Safar 1442 Hijri.
“Allah affirms His witnessing that there is no Divine Sovereign Lord except Him, and also do the angels and those endowed with knowledge, and He maintains balance and justice, there is surely no Divine Sovereignty except His, the Supreme in Power, the All-Wise“. (Quran 14:10) شَهِدَ اللَّـهُ أَنَّهُ لَا إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ وَالْمَلَائِكَةُ وَأُولُو الْعِلْمِ قَائِمًا بِالْقِسْطِ ۚ لَا إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ Friday Khutba by Shaykh Muhammad Al-Akili on Friday September 18th, 2020 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 1st of Safar 1442 Hijri.
“He calls you to forgive you some of your sins, and to grant you respite for a preset term“. (Quran 14:10) يَدْعُوكُمْ لِيَغْفِرَ لَكُم مِّن ذُنُوبِكُمْ وَيُؤَخِّرَكُمْ إِلَىٰ أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى Friday Khutba by Shaykh Muhammad Al-Akili on Friday September 11th, 2020 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 23rd of Muharram 1442 Hijri.
“Indeed! We have sent you as a witness, bringing the good news, and as a warner. A harbinger heralding people to Allah by His permission, and as a bright shining lamp spreading the light“. (Quran 33:45-45) إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ شَاهِدًا وَمُبَشِّرًا وَنَذِيرًا * وَدَاعِيًا إِلَى اللَّـهِ بِإِذْنِهِ وَسِرَاجًا مُّنِيرًا Friday Khutba by Shaykh Muhammad Al-Akili on Friday September 4th, 2020 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 16th of Muharram 1442 Hijri.
“On that Day, the companions of Paradise will enjoy an infinitely better soothing stay with more comfort“. (Quran 25:24) أَصْحَابُ الْجَنَّةِ يَوْمَئِذٍ خَيْرٌ مُّسْتَقَرًّا وَأَحْسَنُ مَقِيلًا Friday Khutba by Shaykh Muhammad Al-Akili on Friday August 28th, 2020 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 9th of Muharram 1442 Hijri.
“Most Exalted is the Majesty of Allah the Supreme and High, and He is the True King. There is surely no [added] divinity besides His sole Divine Sovereign Lordship, and He is the Lord of the Most Gracious Magnificent Throne”. (Quran 23:116) فَتَعَالَى اللَّـهُ الْمَلِكُ الْحَقُّ ۖ لَا إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْكَرِيمِ Friday Khutba by Shaykh Muhammad Al-Akili on Friday August 14th, 2020 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 24th of Zul-Hijja 1441 Hijri.
