The Right of Life

“Our Lord! We believe in what You revealed, and we followed the Messenger, so write us among those who bear witness [to the truth on the Day of Judgment] ” .(Quran 3:53) Friday Khutba by Shaykh Muhammad Al-Akili on Friday January 1st, 2021 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 17th of Jamad-ul Ula 1442 Hijri.

Allah Alone We Adore

We will never call upon any divinity except Him, otherwise, that would certainly be unjustifiable extreme excesses” .(Quran 18:14) Friday Khutba by Shaykh Muhammad Al-Akili on Friday December 25th, 2020 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 10th of Jamad-ul Ula 1442 Hijri.

The Abode of Eternity

“And use what Allah has given you [here] for your own benefits in the abode of the hereafter, and do not forget your chances in the down world, and be good as Allah has been good to you, and do not spread corruption on earth, for Allah does not like the mischievous ones” .(Quran 28:77) Friday Khutba by Shaykh Muhammad Al-Akili on Friday December 11th, 2020 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 26th of Rabi’u Thani 1442 Hijri.

Adhering To the Truth

“We placed for each person the garland of his fate around his neck, and on the Day of Resurrection, We will bring forth the book of [his] records which he will find spread open.”  [Then it will be said to him:] “Read your records for yourself. It is sufficient that you reckon your own actions today.” Friday Khutba by Shaykh Muhammad Al-Akili on Friday December 4th, 2020 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 19th of Rabi’u Thani 1442 Hijri.

He Is With You Wherever You Maybe

The All-Forgiving Lord

“Celebrate the praises of your Lord in gratitude, and call for His forgiveness, for He is oft- returning, Most-Forgiving”.(Quran 110:3) Friday Khutba by Shaykh Muhammad Al-Akili on Friday November 20th, 2020 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 5th of Rabi’u Thani 1442 Hijri.

Be Good Brothers

Allah’s Messenger (Peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Avoid jealousy between yourselves, do not outbid one another (with a view to raising the price), do not harbor hatred against one another, do not bear enmity against one another, one of you should not enter into a transaction when the other has already entered into it; and be fellow brothers and slaves of Allah. A Muslim is a Muslim’s brother. He is never unjust with him, he does not desert or despise him. Piety is found here (pointing three times to his chest), despising his Muslim brother is enough evil for any man to do. Every Muslim’s blood, property and honor are unlawful to be violated by another…
