Khutba

Say: “O My servants who had indulged in excesses to their own detriment, never despair of Allah’s Mercy. Indeed, Allah does forgive all sins, for He is the Oft-Forgiving and Most Compassionate Lord”. (Quran 39:53) قُلْ يَا عِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا عَلَىٰ أَنفُسِهِمْ لَا تَقْنَطُوا مِن رَّحْمَةِ اللَّـهِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ Friday Khutba by Shaykh Muhammad Al-Akili on Friday November 15th, 2019 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 18th of Rabiul Awwal 1441 Hijri.

“Today, I perfected for you your religion, completed My Favor on you, and I have chosen Islam for you as your religion. (way)”. (Quran 5:3) الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الْإِسْلَامَ دِينًا Friday Khutba by Shaykh Muhammad Al-Akili on Friday November 8th, 2019 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 11th of Rabiul Awwal 1441 Hijri.

“Direct yourself exclusively toward the religion [of Allah]. Such is the innate nature Allah had instilled in people. What Allah created is not subject to modification or changes”. (Quran 30:30)  فَأَقِمْ وَجْهَكَ لِلدِّينِ حَنِيفًا ۚ فِطْرَتَ اللَّـهِ الَّتِي فَطَرَ النَّاسَ عَلَيْهَا ۚ لَا تَبْدِيلَ لِخَلْقِ اللَّـهِ Friday Khutba by Shaykh Muhammad Al-Akili on Friday October 11th, 2019 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 12th of Safar 1441 Hijri.

“Our Lord is the One Who gave each thing its proper nature, and then guided it”. (Quran 20:50) رَبُّنَا الَّذِي أَعْطَىٰ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ خَلْقَهُ ثُمَّ هَدَىٰ  Friday Khutba by Shaykh Muhammad Al-Akili on Friday September 27th, 2019 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 21th of Muharram 144z1 Hijri.

“Allah raises in ranks the believers and those who are endowed with knowledge amongst you, for Allah is certainly aware of what you are doing”. (Quran 58:11) يَرْفَعِ اللَّـهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَالَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ دَرَجَاتٍ ۚ وَاللَّـهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ Friday Khutba by Shaykh Al-Akili on Friday September 20th, 2019 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 21th of Muharram 1441 Hijri.

Allah’s Messenger upon whom be peace said that When a Muslim says in the morning and in the evening: “I acknowledge Allah as my Lord, I accept Islam as my way and Muhammad [uwbp] is the Prophet”, Allah will surely satisfy and comfort him on the Day of Judgment”. ذاق طعم الإيمان من رضي بالله ربا ، وبالإسلام دينا ، وبمحمد رسولا Friday Khutba by Shaykh Al-Akili on Friday September 13th, 2019 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 14th of Muharram 1441 Hijri.

“whoever hopes to meet with his Lord, let him engage in doing righteous deeds, and never associate in his worship anyone besides his Lord”. (Qur’an 18:110) فَمَن كَانَ يَرْجُو لِقَاءَ رَبِّهِ فَلْيَعْمَلْ عَمَلًا صَالِحًا وَلَا يُشْرِكْ بِعِبَادَةِ رَبِّهِ أَحَدًا Friday Khutba by Shaykh Al-Akili on Friday September 6th, 2019 C.E. at Annoor Jami Mosque, the 7th of Muharram 1441 Hijri.

“The entire seven heavenly firmaments and the earth along with everything therein, they all celebrate His praises, and there is nothing that does but exalt His praises, even though you do not understand their prayers, and yet, He is certainly most forbearing and Oft-Forgiving”.
